Singapore Trip!

Finally got a chance to go to Universal Studio Singapore! =)
5 Days 4 Nights trip was Awesome Possum! But I felt like going back home on the third day already. lol

From KL, we took about 4 - 5 hours drive down to Singapore.

First up, Sentosa Island. Stayed there for the first two nights in Festive Hotel.
The hotel was quite good. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of the hotel room. *aww man*
Went to the Maritime Museum in the evening, then Crane Dance Show at night.
Dinner was at "Ding Tai Fung". Nothing awesome about it, a little expensive and it was packed with people! But oh wells..

Second day: Universal Studios! (USS)

Before heading to the Universal Studio, had breakfast at..... Toast Box.
You might think everything there is super expensive, but toast box was quite affordable.
That explains why it was packed with people TOO!

Universal Studios was FUN. except that it was PACKED WITH PEOPLE! *freakin' loads of people*

The good thing about the rides in USS is that, there's a description of the ride for you to read before you enter, and at the entrance, there will be a board indicating how long the que will be.

The longest que that I que was 80 mins - Transformers. It was a new ride! Quite awesome and is definitely a must try.

Favourite ride - The Revenge of the Mummy
AWESOME!!

Then there was fireworks show at 9 p.m for 10 mins during weekends.

Third Day: Walked around Sentosa Island and moving on to Singapore City

Had a nice swim at the Hotel pool. Very relaxing too with the Gazebo around..

Then there we were, Strand Hotel in the City. Singapore hotels are so expensive, so we stayed in a budget hotel instead. It was quite okay....

Fourth day: Orchard Road with sisie, Dad went Science center with the others.

We walked from 10.30 a.m till 4.00 pm! My legs were SOOO freakin tired after that.
Not much pictures because all we did was shopping! To be precise, window shopping for me, and a shopping spree for sisie *ish* (what to do, I'm unemployed. no $$)

Anyhow, enjoyed the Chirstmas Decoration along orchard road during the night.

Fifth Day: Walked around more in the City and head back to Malaysia.

Oh, and on the way back, we stopped by Johor Premium Outlet in Senai to check it out!
and it was FREAKIN PACKED WITH PEOPLE again. *sigh*

Remember what I said about being anti social and not make friends in class. Well, sometimes, situation doesn't allow that to happen.

Went into my first 2 management unit tutorials of the semester, and was expecting to sit alone in a corner. But, in both class, someone just decides to sit next to me, and mind you, the class is not full at all. =)

But I'm glad they did. For management subjects, group assignments are like a must. I can't remain a loner in class I guess. Need to socialise to form groups.
I'm also glad that they're girls. No offense, but when it comes to grouping with 'unknown' people, I am very biased against guys. I prefer girls much, much more.
Very friendly people I would say. =) Unlike my finance subject tutorial, I expected to be a loner in class, and I was. I sat alone and no one bothered siting next to me (which is what I hoped).

I guess finance people are more individual, and prefers to be a loner. (like me!) hahaha!

Oh wells, one more management tutorial to go, and I hope that I can find some nice people. If not, kill me. T.T

I missed it last year. Glad to be able to take part this year! haha! Sort of excited.
But, I couldn't invite any of my friends to come with me.
I really want to bring someone, but was rejected without considering. T.T

Start of the semester was boring. And very sad to say, my timetable this semester wasn't as beautiful, in the sense that, I don't really have similar class time with my friends. I'm too much a weirdo to go around making new friends in my last semester of studies. People in my class might turn out to be a bunch of first year students, which, I totally cannot stick with. So, WHO NEEDS NEW FRIENDS?!

Anyway,
Life was good for a month. Too good that I didn't want to come back.
Although my last week there was tough. Tougher than I thought.
Heart breaks, endless tears, arguments, exhausted.
Never knew crying can be so exhausting. Particularly, crying for three days straight.
It exhaust me out so much, that I can only lie down on my bed and do nothing.
Bluey was my only companion.

I realise, no, we realise the importance of US to each other.
I guess I would say, I think of 'us' instead of 'me' in the future. I never imagined my future with no 'him' in it.

I said I couldn't believe him anymore but yet again, everytime I said that, in my heart I want to trust him. I guess choosing to trust really made my life easier.
But I told myself, I will not trust blindly anymore. And I will demand for explanation and transparency.
I'm a happy person now.

And so the time to go back to reality have come.
I felt empty when I came back to Malaysia. It was so easy to get used to him. Being with him ALL THE TIME for ONE WHOLE MONTH was good. We've never stuck been together for a month.
Although we had arguments and stuffs, but I liked being by his side. Liked it a lot.

I guess it'll take me another month, or maybe longer, to get used to being NOT able to stick with him 24/7
Perhaps studying might distract me from him.

I'm glad to say, I think our love grew. Stronger than ever.
And after all these, it became so clear to me that, I want him to be in my future.

p/s: Joyce, thank you for constantly asking me what's wrong, although everytime I avoided answering. haha. Its really hard to express everything through words. Try asking me face to face. I might tell you. =P But beware, I might cry or curse the hell out of me. I prefer cursing than crying. lol

Trust, lies between truth and lies. When you chose to trust someone, it doesn't matter if its lies someone is telling, because everything someone tells become truth.

If you chose not to trust someone, everything someone tell becomes lies, even if its truth someone is telling.

A decision I need to make, and was given a lot of thoughts for one whole night. Confused, by different emotions and thinking. Trusted him, but should I continue to trust or stop.

I realized I loved him so much that I couldn't just say that I don't trust him and let go. Too much, and too hard.

He asked to trust, but the trust was betrayed.

I know, to continue 2 more years, I need to trust.

I'll try to, but I can't guarantee.

Am I ok? No. I'm not.

It was Wesak Day yesterday, and I went out with my long-time-no-see-cousin-brother.

It was not a random idea going to KL Tower.
We went there because he had friends from China visiting Malaysia, and he brought them out around KL, and so I tagged along. =)
Anyway, we went to the revolving restaurant up there.
The food was okay, but expensive. (RM 55++ for high-tea)
All I can say is, you go there for the view.
We went there and it was very cloudy. (so much for "viewing" =.=)

I was super gan jeong when I stand beside the window to take picture! So kaku. aiks.

But, I just had to make sure every picture of mine is pretty! SO, I smiled widely! =P

A fifteen pages assignment is a total killer!
The assignment due date is tomorrow. aiks.
But, I managed to kill it before it killed me!!
Been cracking my brain for the past few nights trying to finish it.
It is currently 7.00p.m and I'm still in Monash Library, BUT, I just finished this assignment.
Saw quite a lot of 'neighbours' here using the computer and I can see that, THEY'RE STILL TRYING TO FINISH UP THE SAME ASSIGNMENT.
*it made me felt very happy and satisfied*

I have to admit doing all THESE kinds of assignment does increase my general knowledge a lot. Like, A LOT!

I wouldn't even know why did the global financial crisis happened in 2008 if I hadn't been doing all THESE assignments.

BUT GIVE ME A BREAK! I've been doing assignments related to global financial crisis for THREE YEARS!! =.=

Became a little girl for today. Was volunteering but was a bit pai seh because I'm too 'big' compared to other 'small' kids. literally, big and small. So I was volunteering with my hands raised up really low, hoping that he would choose me. XP

Anyway, when he wanted to give out something, *which I like*, I didn't care about the other kids and the pai-seh-ness! HAHAHA!

Seriously, I think the firework here is not THAT pretty. The one's in Malaysia is more WOW.

Ahh, there goes my 2010.
I don't think I'll do the usual thing - setting new year resolution, anymore.
It's not like I achieved my resolution last year. *especially the losing weight part*
So, I've decided to not set any new year resolution. *oh yeah*

I've been thinking what happened throughout year 2010.
And my, my.. Lots have happened, and lots are good thing.
I spent half of 2010 here in Australia, and I know half is not much.
But this half has left me memories.
Memories that I know not many could have.
And memories that I felt really lucky to have it.

Blogging sure has reminded me most of the happy and unhappy moments.
I'm not even sure if there's still people reading my blog because it's so dead now *oopsie*
Anyway, I shall continue to blog because I like reading back all the previous post.

I'm not as lonely, because I have friends around! yay!

Was in Huishen's for the past few days. haha! We decided to cook yummy food everyday. =D

It all started with Yueji's idea of cooking fish and chips. from SCRATCH.
What a 'ma fan' thing.

See the tray of chips over there.. I actually cut strips from a potato and fry them. =.=

Anyway.. haha, it was a very nice dinner.

Then there was this bibimbab. I cooked it! =)

People, I'm finally back in Melbourne.

Yay. My tour-around-australia-trip has officially started. Sydney -> Cairns -> Brisbane (gold coast)

First stop: Sydney.

The first day was a bit of chaos. =.=

Our flight was 8.15 a.m, and the earliest train for sunday is 7.30 a.m O.O

Me and bubby got so nervous and kept calling everyone we know that can possibly fetch us to Southern Cross station so that we can catch the sky bus and reach the airport on time, but it seems like no one is free to fetch us so early in the morning.

We tried calling the taxi for GOD KNOWS HOW MANY TIMES. no one ever pick up the call.

We finally stopped trying and decided to try our luck to wait for a cab at the train station.

So we got up 5 a.m in the morning (I slept around 3 something) and went to the station to wait for the cab.

THANK GOD there's ONE cab waiting there!!!!! OMG. you won't believe how thankful I was. =D We end up reaching the airport before 6. LOL.

Anyway, reached sydney around 10 in the morning. Yueji came and pick us up.

Went for McDonald's and went home. Slept like a pig.

Woke up for dinner in the city. Chat Thai. So yummy.

Then we went to Darling Harbour.

Day 2: Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach.

We took the bus ourselves today! Yueji has got class. haha! Proud of ourselves.

Another long day tomorrow. Good night!

Then, with my good mood, I bought A LOT of stuffs. omg.
I spent like, more than twice the amount I would normally spend on groceries. Oopsie!
I reached home around 11.30. Went grocery shopping for two hours. LOL..

I am not sure why am I feeling like this. Don't even bother asking me what kind of feeling is this, because I don't even know.

So there's this one evening, where Bubby and me decided to have dinner at Glen Waverly since we need to go there so that Daniel can come and pick us up.
(btw, Glen Waverly is a place in Melbourne. Daniel is bubby's cousin)

Anyway. We had our yummy malaysian food.
I ate 'yong tou foo' and bubby ate 'fish head noodles'
No pictures though. But they taste nice!

So we finished early and decided to walk around Glen Waverly and came across an asian grocery. We went in and discovered something.

I was SO surprised when I saw this.

I just don't understand why is it so hard to pronounce the name Wenyi. The Aussies just couldn't pronounce chinese name properly I guess.
Even when I introduce myself, they would hear my name as Wendy.

To save myself some trouble into TEACHING them how to pronounce my name properly, I shall just call myself Wendy. And I would need to remember to answer that whenever I hear someone calling Wendy.

When my tutor tried calling names for attendance, he would go like..

After 3 weeks of arrival in Melbourne, Australia, I finally will update something about it. =)

First things first. Me and my bubby. =D
Finally get to see him here. Haha.

Secondly, Monash University Berwick Campus.

Singapore Airline is a wow.
Like, seriously.

After I reach the airport in Singapore -- Changi Airport, I need to transit.
I landed at terminal 1, and need to go to terminal 3, gate B.
I followed the crowd and took a monorail to terminal 3, and ended in gate A.

So I thought :"Hmm, gate A. Okay, gate B shouldn't be that far."
I started to walk, and walk, and walk.For 15 minutes, I still haven't reach gate B. (It is THAT big.)
The airport has impressed me well.

Then,
It's time to board the plane, and my god. THE PLANE IS FREAKING HUGE!
For both times, silk airway and singapore airline, I got the window seat.
I saw the 'wings' of both the planes and the difference is like... I can't describe.I know why. Because I sat on the coolest plane on earth for now - A380.

The entertainment is very nice too!!
I kept playing games. haha. Watched gossip girl too! (yes, they have gossip girl)

Anyway, I had a wonderful flight, except for the part that there's a baby in the plane, and the baby cried. Quite annoying sometimes.
You should choose to sit A380 if you have the choice, and chance.
I know, I'm promoting. But it's okay. hahaha

Wells, tomorrow will be the first day of school! Excited, a little scared.

As was mentioned, I've got tonnes and tonnes to blog about.
First of the first, will be my plane experience. This is like, my first time taking a plane.

You might already know that, I'm taking Singapore Airline, which means I will need to take a plane from Malaysia to Singapore, then Singapore to Melbourne.

I was soooo overwhelmed when I plane just took off from Malaysia. I literally 'wrote' my blog on a piece of paper. Here is what I wrote:

"OMG. The plane just took off. The feeling was really superb. I just felt like I need to jot down this moment. The plane was moving so fast before take off, like, really fast. The feeling was like sitting Yong's car, except that this is much BIGGER!
I felt like waving and saying goodbye to all the other planes down there. and then UP it flew.

Higher and higher and higher. Everything was superb until I started having headache.

Then I saw sea! O-M-G-SEA. So blue!! So pretty!! I just totally ignored my headache. Then the plane made a u-turn.

Higher and higher.
I'm surrounded by clouds. Oceans of clouds. Pretty.

Higher and Higher.
I can see nothing. I felt better now. and the air stewardess start serving beverages.
Apple juice, Orange juice, or water?

Guess what I chose?

Yeap, you're right. Orange.
Its a 50 minutes flight. I'll be reaching soon."

I went for another hill hiking today!!

Shooting Star.

Wish upon a shooting star.

I was with my friends swimming yesterday. Me and ziqi were tired of swimming, so we were relaxing, floating in the pool, looking at stars above us. It was beautiful.

All of a sudden, we saw something. It's like a lighted ball moved across the sky, and it disappeared.

It happened so fast that Ziqi were not able to think what is it. And, I realized. It was a shooting star, then I screamed. We looked at each other, and she asked me, "is it?", I said, "OMG, yes it is!!"

We were soooooo excited. Extremely excited. Jumping and shouting. And, we forgot to make a wish. LOL
Then, quickly, I close my eyes and made a wish. I hope my wish will come true :)

It was really unforgettable. I will never forget how does a shooting star look like. I wish bubby was there with me, but, oh wells.

Next time, when you see a shooting star, remember, to make a wish. But, if it's your first time seeing it, it's really hard for you to remember to make a wish.
For those who haven't seen a shooting star, you'll probably recognize it when you see one.

It lasted for no more than 5 seconds, but, I'll never forget it.

I. Am. Exhausted.

Two last minute assignments are really exhausting. I have been working really hard for the past few days to finish up my assignment. To be honest, I'm really impressed that I can finish up the assignment in that pace.

The relieve-ness that I felt when that piece of assignment consisting about 20 pages was passed to my teacher's hand was superb. Phew.
It's like.. 20kg weight have been removed from my shoulder.

I have one more assignment due. One last assignment.
I hunger for that day where all assignments are done to come. But, it also meant one thing. My finals are nearer too.

I guess I need to take a break from the non-stop hectic nights due to not one, but two last minute assignments that I've gone through recently.

I felt as if my brain is malfunctioning. It's not working as usual.
I was playing games just now, and couldn't play it good.
I think I might have a 'sudden-brain-malfunction-due-to-assignments-syndrome'.

The best cure to this syndrome is:
1. Stay away from assignments
2. Play more games to help the brain to function as normal again
3. Sleep more.

~~Cure number 1 seems like a good idea.~~
I guess, I'll just stick to cure number 3

He called. Finally. I was excited when I first heard his voice over the phone. This was the first phone call from him after he left Malaysia. yeap.

But when I come to think of it, I wasn't really thrilled. he called, at the time when I was disappointed over what he did. Or should I say, didn't do.
I think the phone call didn't last for even a minute.
I was afraid that it would be too expensive, and I was out that time.
It seems like he didn't have much to talk to me, so, yea. It ended fast.

I guess long distance relationship won't do you anything good, especially when you can only quarrel through facebook messages or msn.

I tried to control. I tried to ignore.
But if you know me well, then you should know that I'm just not that kind of person who'll just keep quiet.

I guess, things will go better when time pass.
All I can do now, is just shut myself up, and wet my pillow.
