El's Book of Recipe

Eleena knows how to cook lots of things, like Salmon, the chicken thingy..
She taught me one, and I fell in love with it. It's the simplest and easiest to make.
And so, I've decided to post this simple recipe of hers. I hope she don't mind. :)

THE
Peanut-Butter-Banana-Toast-Bread

Ingredients:
1. 2 pieces of bread. (normal white bread / wholemeal)
2. Peanut butter. (crunchy type is preferrable)
3. Banana
4. Cinammon. (I didn't use it because I don't have it)

Kitchen Appliance / Utensils Needed
1. A toaster (where you can place your bread horizontally)
2. Butter knife (get help from adult if you're underage!) =P

Step 1
Take 2 pieces of bread, and spread it with peanut butter.

Make sure all edges of the bread are fully covered with peanut butter. (you wouldn't want to eat some parts without peanut butter)

When you're done, it should look something like this.

Step 2
Cut the banana into slices, and place it nicely on the bread as shown. (use the same butter knife to avoid washing so many stuffs later) XD

When you're done, it should look something like this. (put all the banana slices even if the bread is full of bananas, to avoid wasting)

Step 3
Put the banana into the toaster oven carefully.

Set the time to about 3 minutes. (I like it to be a little more crunchy and 'hangus', so I usually set it to about 3.5 minutes.

Then wait.

The best result is when,
The banana have soften and turned a little black.
The crust of the bread is a little hangus.

And there it is. The Peanut-Butter-Banana-Toast-Bread.
It's a MUST TRY!

Special thanks to Eleena. :)
