I'm a going insane I think.
Since when I don't take assignments seriously?!
I've changed. My attitude towards studies changed.
It's not that I was very hard-working last time, It's just that I'm worse now.

I don't understand my finance subject at all. Don't know what's happening in marketing class.
Guess what people, I actually planned to major in Finance and Marketing. Sigh, slap me.

Looked up too much on my sister. Wanted to follow every single step she took.

Kindergarden -- Same.
Primary school -- Same.
High School -- Same.
Pre-U -- Same college, same course.
University -- Same uni, majoring the exact same subject.
Planning to go for the student exchange program -- Yup, just like her.
(sisie, if you're reading my blog; Yes, I do follow every single step you took. You probably noticed that already)

What if I'm not suitable for it at all?! I don't know. Slap me twice.

Business Law assignment due on Thursday. Nope, I'm not done with it yet.
*Oh right, that's the day after tomorrow.* Slap me three times.

I'm jealous.
Jealous of people who can concentrate so much on their studies.
Jealous of people who know exactly what they want.
Jealous of people who are having fun now.
Jealous of people who can sleep all day without worries.


Slap me again. I should be finding sources for my law assignment. See what I'm doing.

A short one.

Xuan's birthday was on the 19th of August.

That day when I came back from Uni, she strait away came to me and tell me that it's her birthday that day, and also she asked for her present. Haha.

I didn't prepare anything.

And so, I went and bought her something over the weekend.

I would want it very much if I were a kid. Haha.

I also shared a present with my sis. It's a walkie-talkie kind of thing. Cute.

I wonder. I would spend some money to buy my sis a present but I didn't do it to my bro (FYI, his birthday was on february).
It's not that I don't love him. Maybe not as much as my sis.

Wear Mask People

With the virus spreading so scarily now days, I won't deny that I'm afraid I'll be one of them to get this virus. AH1N1 Influenza... Hmm..

There's one confirmed case of H1N1 in Monash!!! But, it's not in the Business Faculty. It's the Engineering ones I think. Still, that person walks around the campus, I SUPPOSE!
I might be sitting on the same table in the cafeteria where that person sat before

OR

I might be using the same computer in the library that the person had touched before!

Okay, Maybe I sounded kiasu here, more like kiasi, I love my life people. Don't you? :)

Anyways, Prevention is better than cure!!

1. Wash you hands often. As in, very often! Just go wash it every single chance you get.
2. Do not! DO NOT touch your eyes, nose, mouth with an un-washed hand.
3. Wear mask if you felt like it. ( Just like me today. I doubt I'll be wearing it tomorrow!)

Shangri-La Hotel

"Lemon Garden Cafe" is the name of the restaurant in Shangri-La. :)

Yumsss. It's really nice. There's several session in it, like any other hotel's buffet.
BUT! they serve really expensive stuff. Really yummy stuff.. I mean, food. haha
I didn't touch the Indian food session because, I don't think I can take spicy food at all with my condition that night. Although I wanted to try it very much.
Didn't take much pictures of the main course cuz we were busy eating..
Trust me, we ate more than I actually show here. :)

I ate lots of things like, rock oyster, baby lobster, salmon and tuna sashimi (gawd!), prime rib!!!, turkey slice, pizza-like-thing, cord fish!!, DESSERTS!.
I even ate food that I don't even know what is it. Ha.

The mushroom soup.

Mushroom soup is very tasty. It's not like those campbell ones (of course), it's full of chopped mushroom. You can bite the mushrooms every mouth!
The prime ribs are very nice, Bubby said he doesn't like it. But I was sooo attracted to it. The colour of the rib is sooo beautiful, and I can taste the juicy-ness with just one glance at it!

I'm not a fan of rock oyster, I just ate it because i want to eat it. I can't really take the taste. But I can see that it's very fresh! I poked it with my fork before i eat it, and it actually contracted!!!
The sashimi are soo fresh too! I really enjoyed it.
I didn't like the baby lobster, but, Bubby lurve it. He ate a few of them actually. haha.
And the cord fish!!! The meat is soooo soft, soooo tender. The fish is steamed so you can really taste the fish.

We wouldn't eat food that are filling, of course, BUT! guess what. I saw some one having 2 pieces of ROTI CANAI on her plate. She looks like a Malaysian to me. GAWD. Would you eat roti canai (a filling food) when you pay so much for it, and it's 2 pieces! tsk tsk tsk.. haha.
I guess it might be a sudden crave, or an iressistable moment for her. :)

The desserts - SUPERB. They have the chocolate fountain thingy. Not one but two different ones. There's the normal milk chocolate fountain(brown in colour), and a white chocolate fountain (white in colour), with lots of fruit stick, sticking around it. It's like candyland when i walked into the session. Not only that, they have ice-cream, cakes, and.... I don't know what isit called. It's like creep but the skin is soft, you get to choose what ever ingredients you want, and they'll wrap it with the skin. awww.. but I didn't get to eat it because so many people are queing for it.

I ate strawberry, grapes, and MARSHMALLOW, coated with the chocolate.
Taste like heaven. (angelic sound)

DO NOT UNDER-ESTIMATE a small thing. IT'S FREAKIN' TASTY okay! It's like, chocolate, with MELTED chocolate in it!

And this thing. I don't know what is it. I took it because it's so pretty. :) Taste good too. Hahaha!

It's not like ice-cream, not like those mousse cake either. But not bad. :)

And finally we can't take it anymore, we've decided to leave. The bill. The BILL! gosh.. haha
It's about 300 bucks. RM 294.40 to be exact. *thank you bubby* :)

I've decided to keep the receipt. :)

I personally feel this is wayyyy much better than Jogoya. Haha.

A Thousand Days

I'm very happy today. So happy that no one can imagine how happy can i be.
It's the ONE THOUSAND DAYS since the 11th of November, 2006.

Bubby gave me a surprise today. He celebrated it with me. Our one thousand days together.
I know it's been a tough time after all these days. Thinking back the memories we've had together. Things we did together. I've learnt to appreciate you more.
Thank you Bubby, for still having faith in me, for not giving up.
I think I'm the luckiest person on earth. :)

I received a present I've never had before, and no one is able to give it to me but bubby. I received a song. Bubby actually wrote a song for me. FOR ME! I'm so touched. really. Bubby might be disappointed I didn't cry in the car just now, haha, but bubby, I was crying in my heart when I heard your voice in the player. I controlled my tears because I didn't want to ruin the moment with my stupid tears.

It's really the best song ever. Even Leehom can't beat it.
I love you Kelvin Ong Shin Yue.
I want to tell the whole world how much I love you.
I will never let go no matter what happens.

Anyway,
We went Shangri-La just now.. SOOOO yummy. the bad thing is that I'm having gastric. Sigh, what a time. But, didn't care, I just ate.. haha. I'll post up the details in the next post. Can't wait to blog about it. :)
